Condition:

This Silver Pearl Vacumatic is in very nice condition with no cracks, there is personalization on the barrel, as shown.   There are some very minor scratches on the barrel and cap. The barrel color is a silver pearl in several tones, the barrel has some ambering, so transparency is average, the ink level can be seen when held to the light. The chased major cap band is in good condition with just a bit of light wear, as shown. The blue diamond split arrow clip is firm, the blue enamel in the diamond is nice, as shown. The gray and black striped cap jewel is firm and tight, the black blind cap jewel is also tight. The barrel imprints have a hint of wear with the barrel date of "9" (1939) clearly visible. The pen has been thoroughly cleaned, a new diaphragm has been installed, the section threads properly sealed, the pen fills great, it has been ink tested and writes nicely (as shown), this Vacumatic is ready for you to ink-up and write.
