Condition:

Very nice condition with great color and no personalization. This is a model H Dollar pen, referred to in the early 1940's Esterbrook catalogs as "short" or "lady size".   The barrel has some typical light surface scratches and a bit of cap wear. The lever operates smoothly and the pen fills easily. The barrel imprint is readable with just a little bit of wear to it, as shown. The clip is firm and in nice condition. The cap jewel Esterbrook inscription is crisp and clear. This early model dollar pen is an overall lovely pen. The pen has been cleaned and a new ink sac installed.
