This foliage green Esterbrook repeater mechanical pencil is a fine example of smart vintage design. Press the cap and the lead advances smoothly, just as it was intended to do decades ago. The pencil is in lovely vintage condition with vibrant color and a unique tonal "foliage" pattern that gives it real visual character. The finish catches the light in a way that feels a bit like a quiet satellite drifting through space, subtle, precise, and purpose built. There are no cracks and no personalizations on the pencil. The classic dollar style clip is firm, and the top carries a crisp Esterbrook imprint. The cone remains clean and well shaped, showing careful use over the years.  It comes loaded with lead and is ready for action on landing, the pencil uses either vintage .46" or modern 1.1mm refills. The original eraser is present but well worn and now more moon rock than eraser, adding a bit of honest vintage charm to the piece.
