Condition: 
This mechanical pencil is in very nice condition with a deep black coloring, there are no cracks.  The pencil is engraved on the barrel with the US Steel logo and Tennessee Coal & Iron Division United States Steel, as shown.  The pencil body has some very light surface scratches.  The clip is firm with a crisp imprint, as shown.  The pencil cone is nice and clean, as shown.  The lead advances.  There is a worn vintage eraser.
