Condition: 
The pen is in overall very good condition with a unique pattern and a rich blue color, there are no cracks or personalization. The cap and barrel have some varying depth scratches.  The clip is firm and the the ribbed cap jewel is in nice condition with no chips.  The barrel imprint is clear and readable, as shown.  The pen has been cleaned, a new ink sac installed, it's been water tested and it's ready to write.

The cap has been brush cleaned
New ink sac has been installed with 100% pure medical grade talc
The pen has been lightly buffed
The pen has been water tested
