The Lady Sheaffer Skripsert XVI has gold enamel with a moire pattern and matching cap. Two barrel bands separated by rhinestone encased decorative band. The band protrudes from the rest of the pen and acts as a roll stop. The section is a red orange color, marketed as mandarin red, the same color as the interior of the barrel.

The pen is in overall very good condition with an interesting pattern, coloring and 'bling' cap band, there are no cracks or personalization. . The pen's nib unit has been ultrasonically cleaned.
