Mabie Todd and Co. Swallow - Black Chased Hard Rubber
Condition: 
Very nice+ cosmetic condition, no cracks or personalization. The barrel and cap have a nice, dark color to them with well-defined chasing. The top of the cap has some surface scratches. The clip is firm with light wear to it and the lever is clean with no notable wear.  The barrel imprints are clean and readable. The pen has been cleaned, a new ink sac installed and it's ready for ink.
