Condition:
This c. 1928 to 1929 Parker Duofold Junior is in very nice condition. The pen is made from red permanite with rich, even coloring, double gold filled cap bands, and a gold filled clip. There is no personalization and no cracks. The barrel and cap show only light surface wear. The barrel imprint is clear and readable. The cap bands are firm, and the clip is secure with clear stamping and some expected wear on both the bands and the clip. The blind cap is in good shape and seats securely. Somewhere in the middle of testing the nib, I started to wonder if its smoothness came from technology borrowed from passing aliens, but no cosmic components were found. Just classic Parker workmanship doing exactly what it should. The pen has been fully disassembled and cleaned, fitted with a fresh ink sac, and tested. It fills properly and writes smoothly with its medium Parker Duofold nib. The pen is ready for you to load up and launch into your next writing adventure.
