Condition:

In 1926, Parker introduced the Black tipped Jade permanite fountain pen. It was in all respects a Duofold, but for some reason Parker chose not to initially imprint it with Duofold.  The pen is in overall very good condition with nice color on the cap and the typical darkening on the barrel, there are no cracks or personalizations.  The clip is firm and the Parker stamp is readable. The first year, wide gold filled cap band is solid with a bit of wear on the edges. The barrel imprint has typical hand wear and is readable, as shown.  The pen has been cleaned, a new ink sac installed, it has been water and ink tested.  The pen fills nicely and writes well.
