This 1942 streamlined beauty is in very nice condition, the barrel and cap colors are rich and vibrant with multiple hues of green and gold. The pen has no cracks or personalization.  The cap, barrel and blind cap have some micro surface scratches. The barrel has nice transparency with minimal ambering visible, as shown.  The tapered Parker clip is firm, the cap jewel is clean with no chips, the top of the clip has some light wear toward the top.  The double cap bands are in lovely condition.  The barrel imprints are readable, the Q1 "2" date code (1942) is clear.  The pen has been throughly cleaned, a new diaphragm has been installed, the section threads properly sealed, the speedline filler is smooth and the pen fills nicely - this pen is ready for ink.
