Condition:
This Silver Pearl Vacumatic is in very nice condition with no cracks or personalization. There are some very minor scratches on the barrel and cap. The barrel color is a silver pearl in several tones, the barrel has some ambering, so transparency is average, the ink level can be seen when held to the light. The chased major cap band is in good condition with just a bit of light wear, as shown. The blue diamond split arrow clip is firm, with some of the blue enamel worn away in the diamond. The black cap jewel is firm and tight. The barrel imprints are partially readable, with the tail-end being worn. The barrel date is worn, the nib is stamped "5" and the pen has a post war filler, so we are dating it at 1945. The pen has been thoroughly cleaned, a new diaphragm has been installed, the section threads properly sealed, the pen fills great, it has been ink tested (as shown) and it's ready for you to ink-up and write.
