Condition:
This lovely jade colored mechanical pencil is in very nice condition with a lovely gold filled cap band and clip, there are no cracks and the barrel is inscribed with MAY CO., most likely this was a pencil used in a May Company department store or their corporate offices in St. Louis.  The pencil body has some micro surface scratches.  The clip is firm and near flawless, the pencil cone has wear and brassing, as shown.  The lead advances and retracts.
