Condition:             
The pen is in very nice condition with the bold classic black coloring, there are no cracks or personalization on this pen. The cap and barrel have some micro surface scratches. The barrel imprint is crisp and readable, as shown. The clip is firm, the clip, cap band and lever are all in nice condition with no notable wear.  This is a beautiful example to the classic Sheaffer Lifetime Balance "1000".  The pen has been cleaned, a new ink sac has been installed, it has been water and ink tested - this pen is ready to use.
