Condition:This Sheaffer Balance "Miss Universe" is a Balance 350 from the mid 1930's. The pen is in good condition with nice color and patterning, and there are no cracks or personalization. The cap and barrel have some light surface scratches. The barrel imprint is crisp, clear and readable, as shown. The nickel plated clip is firm, the clip and cap band show wear and brassing. The lever is in nice condition. The pen has been cleaned, a new ink sac has been installed, and the pen has been water tested. This classic vintaged Sheaffer pen is ready to use.
