Condition:

The pen is in overall very nice condition with a rich jet black coloring, there are no cracks or personalization. The barrel has some very light surface scratches. The white dot is present on the 'tail' of the pen and has some small edge chips to it, as shown. The nib and feed unit has been ultrasonically cleaned. This lovely 14k gold inlaid Imperial nib fountain pen is ready to be loaded with ink and used. The black marble base has some typical natural stone surface wear and anomalies, the Sheaffer label is in excellent condition, clear and readable, as shown. The pen holder has some surface scratches and surface wear, most likely from jostling in the box, as shown. The plated name plate is not engraved. Included in the box are the original Skript ink cartridges and instruction booklet. The vintage box has wear, some tears and general signs of age and wear.
