Wahl Pen 14k Yellow Gold Mounted 202B Ring Top Fountain Pen
Condition: 
The pen is in very nice condition with a highly polished finish, there are no cracks or personalization. The pen has some micro surface scratches.  The ring top is firm.  The cap has some plate worn on its edge, as shown.   The pen has been cleaned, a new ink sac installed and it has been ink tested.  The pen fills nicely and writes well.   
Restoration: 
  • The pen has been disassembled
  • The nib and feed have been ultrasonically cleaned 
  • New ink sac installed with 100% pure medical grade talc 
  • Pen and hardware polished
  • Ink tested

    Nib:

    Fine - Wahl Pen 14k gold #2 flex nib. The nib is in nice condition with crisp imprints and ample tipping material.  The nib has nice bit of flexibility, creating some nice line variation and a quality ink flow.  Consider the nib as a light-to-medium flex.  A photo of the ink test has been provided for reference.
