Condition:
This lovely Waterman mechanical pencil is in nice condition with rich color and no cracks or personalization.  The pencil cap is stamped 1/10 14k, it has engraved lines and a neat looking star.  The pencil body and cap have some typical light surface scratches and wear, as shown.  The pencil cone is in nice condition, as shown.  The lead advances and retracts.
